Warranty

Used and pulled-from-server hardware carries a 12-month warranty from the day you receive it, unless the product page says otherwise.

If an item fails under warranty, contact us through the contact page with your order number and a description of the fault. We repair it, replace it or refund it.

14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing through the contact page.

Return the item undamaged and complete. We refund the payment, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item back.

The 14-day right applies to consumers. Purchases made on behalf of a business are covered by the warranty.
