This page explains what data 42u.lt collects about visitors and how we use it.
Visitor statistics without cookies
We measure traffic ourselves, on our own server in the EU, without third-party tools. We use no cookies and no browser identifiers for statistics. Your IP address is never stored: together with your browser type and a random key that changes every day it is only used to compute a hash, and the key is destroyed after a day, so afterwards nobody, including us, can link the data back to you. Your country comes from the country code passed on by our network provider (Cloudflare). If your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, your visits are not measured at all. We record only the pages you view and the time spent on them, the site or campaign that referred you, your device type, browser and operating system family, language, country and whether the visit ended in an enquiry or an order (the order total only); we do not follow you across other sites and do not share this data with anyone. The data is kept for 13 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring how the shop performs (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
