Warranty

Used and pulled-from-server hardware carries a 12-month warranty from the day you receive it, unless the product page says otherwise.

If an item fails under warranty, message us on WhatsApp at +370 612 00970 or through the other channels on the contact page, with your order number and a description of the fault. We reply with return instructions within 2 business days, then repair, replace or refund the item.

For consumers, warranty repair or replacement is free of charge, including shipping.

14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing (WhatsApp +370 612 00970 or the contact page) and include your order number. We send return instructions within 2 business days.

Send the item back within 14 days of your notice to: UAB Drakonų kova, Antano Krutulio g. 36, 08311 Vilnius, Lithuania. The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item.

Return the item undamaged and complete, with all its parts. The buyer is liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund the payment, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item back or until you send proof that you shipped it, whichever comes first.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Purchases made on behalf of a business have no right of withdrawal; the 12-month warranty applies.
